HPD is one of the south coast's largest construction and maintenance companies specialising in modernisations of properties, new builds, renovations and general maintenance. Our dedicated maintenance team are on call 24hr, and available 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

We have a host of specialist trademan working for us including Corgi registered engineers, NIC/EIC registered electricians, EPC qualified surveyors and most other tradesman available at all times.

We also have a maintenance division where we specialise in fitting kitchens and bathrooms.

Not only are we Local Authority approved but we are also contracted for insurance rectification work.

No job is too small or too large. Anything from changing tap washers to million pound refurbishments.

We do not have a call out charge and are happy to come out and quote for any works that you need undertaken.
